3-D jewelry design sounds nice… or Photoshop or dreamweaver… all courses that you want to do a master in.
Strange courses. Do you have to take some courses and choose as much as fits in your curriculum or are you free to take whatever you want – even if its just 2 or 3 courses you like?
Well, not every course is a designated major. Say for example, you want to be a Visual Effects Major (They offer a certificate in that), then you have to take the courses “DigitalFilm Production”, “Introduction to Cinema”, “3D Fundamentals”, “Introductionto Digital Media” etc. etc.
The major is basically listed in the front of every class – WOM ST 88B stands for example for: Women Studies, Class code 88B.
Which classes you want to take and which you have to take depends on your taste and on your goals. If you pursue to transfer to a University like UCLA or USC, you have to take a certain amount of General Education classes. This means for example, you have to take a second language class, you have to take two classes about Humanities, two Science classes etc. etc.
For an Associate of Arts degree, there are certain class requirements as well.
Many classes that you will take are called “Electives” and mirror your personal taste and will to learn. In my example, that would be Golf…
I Will have to come back again when my course load lets up – however I am taking your RSS feed so I can read your site offline. Thanks.
Anybody have any updates on this? Need to know more.
more? That many is still not enough?
danke, werds aendern!
I’ve had an Afro for 6 years. It’s a statement of who I am and where I’m from. Enjoy the Fro!
